CrossFit WOD - This is the foundation of all CrossFit. Every day the workout is a new combination of strength training, metabolic conditioning and gymnastics that will challenge different domains of fitness. We warm up as a group, mobilize, learn about the movements and challenge each other to perform to the best of our abilities in a competitive and supportive environment. Through practice and patience this centerpiece of our training makes us stronger, healthier humans. These regular classes occur 7 times a day during weekdays and twice on Saturdays. If you do CrossFit elsewhere please feel free to join us.
The Grind - Sometimes we need a break from the barbells and advanced gymnastics... but we still want to get the legs burning, the heart pumping, and grind away! This class is focused on metabolic conditioning (AKA "cardio") and will find fun and creative ways to get you off the machines and turn your body into the machine. We incorporate running, rowing, stationary biking, lunging, abdominal and core conditioning, plyometrics, sled pushing and pulling, and much more to give you an amazing all-around workout without the clanging of weights and technical expertise. These regular classes occur 3 times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Olympic Lifting (Oly) - Oly class is focused around the two primary Olympic lifts, the snatch and the clean and jerk. This class usually has a group warm-up, a skills and drills section, a strength workout (SWOD), and finally a metabolic conditioning (metcon) workout featuring one or more of the Olympic lifts. This class meets twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6pm - 7pm.
Kids Class - This amazing class helps kids develop strong minds and bodies through a fun, fast, creative and often silly combination of movements, games and teamwork. Have a kid between the ages of 5 and 12? Bring them to this class! Classes are Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at 4pm and Saturday mornings at 9am.
Intro WOD - Want to learn about CrossFit, meet coaches, chat with current members and try a workout FOR FREE! This is a great way to get a taste of what it's all about without making any commitments. All abilities, experiences and insecurities are completely welcome. Show up a few minutes early and bring what you're comfortable exercising in and we'll take it from there.Join us any Saturday morning at 10am
Open Gym - This is a time for our members (sorry, no drop-ins for insurance purposes) to come in and work on their skills or catch up on a workout from the week. Sundays, 9am - 12pm.
