CrossFit WOD - This is the foundation of all CrossFit. Every day the workout is a new combination of strength training, metabolic conditioning and gymnastics that will challenge different domains of fitness. We warm up as a group, mobilize, learn about the movements and challenge each other to perform to the best of our abilities in a competitive and supportive environment. Through practice and patience this centerpiece of our training makes us stronger, healthier humans. These regular classes occur 7 times a day during weekdays and twice on Saturdays. If you do CrossFit elsewhere please feel free to join us.
Intro WOD - Want to learn about CrossFit, meet coaches, chat with current members and try a workout FOR FREE! This is a great way to get a taste of what it's all about without making any commitments. All abilities, experiences and insecurities are completely welcome. Show up a few minutes early and bring what you're comfortable exercising in and we'll take it from there.Join us any Saturday morning at 10am
The Grind - This is our "barbell free class". Make no mistake, this will be no cake-walk; we will focus on metabolic conditioning, basic gymnastics, and other forms of strength training (including odd-object weightlifting).
CrossFit Kids - This is an opportunity for your kids to learn about their body, learn how to move safely, stay healthy, maintain lifelong fitness, and most importantly have fun!
