CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program based around functional movements. The excellent programming and coaching at CrossFit Burlington will give you the strength, mobility and stability (and encouragement) needed to live a vigorous, meaningful life with a fit, healthy body.
We offer six classes a day Monday through Friday with an additional two classes on Saturday, a free introductory workout, and an Olympic Lifting class. Our CrossFit programming covers everything from metabolic conditioning to power-lifting to gymnastics. Every class offers a unique challenge and opportunity to become healthier and fitter.
